Applicants All applicants receive the following: - Inclusion in a global community of over 1,300 award contestants - Gain the chance to be featured in EdTechX Awards wrap‑up reports, extending your visibility across the wider EdTechX network (\>30,000 leaders and stakeholders in the sector) - Receive a 50% discount to attend the EdTechX Summit upon satisfactory completion of the application - Opportunity for speakership at EdTechX, with two places reserved for award applicants Winners Access to EdTechX community rewards, which include the following: - Opportunity to be included in curated invite-only dinners hosted by IBIS Capital. Dinners are thematic, investment-oriented or focused on peer executives and non-executives - Complimentary ticket to the EdTechX Summit in 2028 - Curated introductions to prospective investor and strategic partners from the EdTechX and IBIS Capital networks - Receive EdTechX Membership, providing ongoing access to community insights, events and resources - Promotion through EdTechX LinkedIn channels, newsletters or X‑Report features - Submission of a featured article for publication in the X Report Newsletter and/or EdTechX360 publication   How do I apply? You can submit your application by completing our online application formonce applications for 2027 are open. When is the deadline to submit? The submission deadline is at 12pm on the 21st of May 2027. How much time is needed to complete the application? Applicants will be invited to answer 40 questions and upload supporting documents. The application takes between 30 minutes and 1 hour to complete. Which device is best to use to submit the application? We recommended completing the application form using a desktop or laptop.  When will I receive my ticket discount code for the EdTechX Summit? Applicants will receive a 50% discount code upon satisfactory completion of the application. Where and when will the winners be announced? Winners will be announced at the EdTechX Summit. Do winners need to be present to collect the trophy? Yes, winners should be present to collect the award at the EdTechX Summit. Shortlisted finalists will be notified to allow time to make travel arrangements. What if I need a visa to travel to the UK?
