## The Machines are Cheating

When OpenAI’s AI agents colluded, hacked an AI platform and gamed an impossible cyber-security exam, they behaved like cheating students. Charles McIntyre argues AI labs need what educators already know: fair assessment design, spotting collusion and building character.
