Where does the HealthTechX Summit take place?
The Hurlingham Club, Ranelagh Gardens, London, SW6 3PR.
HealthTechX 2024 will take place at the prestigious Hurlingham Club, amongst 42 acres of landscaped grounds, with registration held in Palm Court.

Is there parking at the venue?
There are a very limited number of parking spaces available and these are allocated on a first come, first served basis. We strongly advise public transport or to arrive by taxi.
What are the event timings?
The HealthTechX Summit is open from 08h00 – 16h45 on Wednesday 28 February, followed by closing cocktails until 18h30.

Who can attend the event?
Anyone 18 or older with a valid ticket is welcome.
How can I get a visa invitation letter?
Please send an email to hello@healthtechx.com to request documentation. Please note, you must have purchased a valid ticket before we send you an invitation.
When will I receive my entry badge?
We do not send badges out in advance; all badges should be collected upon arrival at the HealthTechX Summit in Palm Court.

Where can I find the conference programme?
Is catering included in the ticket price?
Yes. There will be refreshments throughout the day, three servings of tea and coffee (with snacks!), a two-course sit-down lunch, plus drinks and canapés during the closing reception.
Is there a cloakroom?
Yes. The cloakroom is located in the main entrance to Palm Court and is free to use.
