The HealthTechX Awards aim to showcase and celebrate the startups and scaleups that are leading transformation across the global health technology industry. Determined by the IBIS Capital team, applicants are evaluated on various factors including revenue growth, scale, innovation, future business prospects, and impact.

Following our initial launch in 2017, hundreds of leading companies have applied for the HealthTechX Awards. These applicants have led the way in healthcare delivery, digital health and the deployment of AI, collectively raising over $1.3bn. Applicants have included early stage innovators through to mature profitable businesses, pre-revenue through to over $100m of annual revenue.

Awards Selection Process

The awards are open to companies of all sizes and growth stages – from early-stage innovators through to mature profitable businesses, presenting a great opportunity for companies to be showcased on a prestigious stage in front of an expansive network of investors as well as potential partners and customers.

The winners are confirmed by the IBIS Capital team who assess companies based on the qualitative and quantitative elements of their application. The selection is determined by the strength of the applications, completeness of the answers and supporting documents provided by candidates to consider the financial position, strength of business model, strategic milestones and overall trajectory of the company.
